Invitation to Comment on Proposed Local Rules
The Orange County Superior Court is seeking comments pursuant to California Rules of
Court, rule 10.613 on proposed new and revised local rules. The proposed new local rules
are 713 and 714 and revised local rules are 700, 700.7, 701, 701.5, 701.6, 702, 703,
703.2, 703.3, 704, 705, 707, 709, 711, 712, 713, 719, and 720.
