Court to Launch Significant Hardware Upgrade in May.

The Orange County Superior Court, Technology Department, will be performing a significant hardware upgrade Friday, May 17, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. and continuing through Sunday, May 19, 2024.  During this time, network and online services will be down and unavailable.  Network and online services will be available again beginning on Sunday, May 19, 2024, after 8:00 p.m.

Failure to Appear

Failure to resolve your traffic ticket by the due date may result in a $100.00 civil assessment fee being imposed pursuant to Penal Code §1214.1, in addition to the original bail. Failure to take action may result in legal actions by the court and/or Franchise Tax Board which includes the following:

  • REFERRAL OF CASE TO AN OUTSIDE COLLECTION AGENCY
  • CONTACTING YOUR EMPLOYER TO PURSUE WAGE GARNISHMENT
  • PURSUIT OF BANK LEVIES ON YOUR CHECKINGS AND/OR SAVINGS ACCOUNT
  • INTERCEPTION OF YOUR INCOME TAX REFUND, LOTTERY WINNINGS OR UNCLAIMED PROPERTY
