These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this website, any court mobile application, and any court vendor-hosted case information portal (collectively, "Website"), as well as the information and materials available on or through this Website, including any court-related or case-related information (collectively, the "content"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you may not access or use this Website or the content. The Website and the content do not constitute the official record of the court.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This Website and the content are provided on an "as is," "as available" basis, and may be subject to errors, inaccuracies or omissions. The court and its officers, officials, employees, contractors and agents make no representations or warranties regarding this Website or the content, including but not limited to their completeness, accuracy, timeliness, non-infringement of third-party rights, or freedom from computer viruses. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SERVICES (INCLUDING ANY SERVERS OR OTHER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND ANY OTHER ITEMS USED OR PROVIDED BY US IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THAT WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM BUGS, FAULTS, DEFECTS OR ERRORS OR THAT ACCESS TO THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

Restrictions on Access and Use

Pursuant to California Rule of Court 2.503, all electronic records must be made reasonably available to the public in some form, whether in electronic or in paper form, except those that are sealed by court order or made confidential by law. The rules in this article apply only to access to electronic records by the public. The Court restricts documents from remote display on certain case type categories identified in this Rule of Court. In accessing or using this Website and the content, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use as well as all applicable laws, rules (including the California Rules of Court and local court rules), regulations, and court orders. You may access publicly available content or court records on this Website provided that you comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. You are responsible for all content that you transmit or otherwise make available to this Website. Any person who willfully destroys or alters any court record maintained in electronic form is subject to penalties, including but not limited to those imposed by California Government Code section 6201.
You may not do any of the following:

• Interfere with or disrupt this Website or any related court operations, or attempt to circumvent this Website's security features
• Cause an unacceptable level of congestion to the functioning of this Website or any related court operations

Under California Rule of Court 1.201, to protect personal privacy and other legitimate interests, parties and their attorneys must not include, or must redact where inclusion is necessary, the following identifiers from all pleadings and other papers filed in the court's public file, whether filed in paper or electronic form, unless otherwise provided by law or ordered by the court:

• Social security numbers. If an individual's social security number is required in a pleading or other paper filed in the public file, only the last four digits of that number may be used.
• Financial account numbers. If financial account numbers are required in a pleading or other paper filed in the public file, only the last four digits of these numbers may be used.

Effective January 1, 2010, rule 10.500 of the California Rules of Court set forth comprehensive public access provisions applicable to judicial administrative records maintained by state trial and appellate courts, the state Supreme Court, as well as the Judicial Council of California (the Council). General

The court may change these Terms of Use from time to time by posting a new version on this Website. Your continued use of or access to this Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of such changes. Your access to and use of this Website and the content may be terminated at any time without notice. The failure of the court to enforce any provision in these Terms of Use will not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce it at a later time. Your access to and use of this Website and content may be monitored, including but not limited to, for the purpose of identifying illegal or unauthorized activities.

California law, without regard to conflict of laws provisions, will govern these Terms of Use and any matter or dispute arising out of this Website or the content. The state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms of Use, this Website, or the content. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement with respect to public access to and use of this Website and the content. Furthermore, the court reserves the right to seek all legal and equitable remedies available for violations of these Terms of Use

Termination

At our sole discretion, we may modify or discontinue the Website, or may modify, suspend or terminate your access to the Website, for any reason, with or without notice to you and without liability to you or any third party. In addition to suspending or terminating your access to the Website, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal or injunctive redress.
