Facility Guide
General Parking
Parking is available for a fee, in the parking structure located Northwest of the main entrance to the facility.
Elevators
Public Elevators are located immediately in the front entrance of the building, past the security screening devices.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on each floor of the facility, to the south side of the building.
- The women's restrooms may be accessed by going along the East side of the atrium, straight back to the South end of the public hallway.
- The men's restrooms may be accessed by going along the west side of the atrium, straight back to the south end of the public hallway.
Facilities for Persons with Disabilities
Parking
Parking is available for a fee, in the parking structure located Northwest of the main entrance to the facility. Accessible parking spaces are available for individuals who possess proper disability placards issued by DMV on a first come, first served basis.
Accessible Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are located on all floors
Service Guide
Public Telephones
Available on the first floor outside the men's public restroom at the end of the west hallway.
Food
The cafeteria is located to the north of the front entrance (across the plaza), in the Manchester Office Building. The operating hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and may vary.
Children's Chambers
A special room has been provided for children who have been brought to the court to testify or for other court-related needs. Please contact the Sheriff's Security Desk for information regarding this room.
Family Law Facilitator
An office to assist litigants in pro per (not represented by a lawyer) has been established for Family Law matters. It is located on the first floor, Room #101 in the Self-Help Center.
Family Court Services and Probate Court Services
This office assists in child custody/visitation plans and provides investigative services in probate, guardianship, adoption, and domestic violence matters. It is located on the fifth floor on the West side of the building.

Juvenile is located on the second floor, on the West side of the building.
Family Law
Located on the seventh floor, on the West side of the building.

- Departments L21 - L23 are located on the second floor.
- Departments L31 - L34 are located on the Third floor.
- Departments L41 -L44 are located on the Fourth floor.
- Departments L51 - L53 are located on the Fifth floor.
- Departments L60 - L69 are located on the Sixth floor.
- Departments L71 - L74 are located on the Seventh floor.
Services for Persons with Disabilities
Information regarding ADA accommodations is available in the courthouse main lobby. Please contact Court Staff for assistance.
Service Animals
Dogs or miniature horses specifically trained to aid a person with disabilities are welcome.
Public Telephone
Telephones with amplification are provided on the first floor and floors three through eleven.
Public TTY Telephones
Public TTY telephone is located on the first floor outside the men's public restroom at the end of the west hallway.
Language and American Sign Language (ASL)
Interpreters will be scheduled upon request. To submit your request for this accommodation, use the link located in the Accommodation Service Request section.
Assistive Listening Devices and Communication Access Real-time Translation
For individuals with hearing loss, assistive listening devices, and Communication Access Real-time Translation service are available. If you anticipate needing any of these accommodations during your visit to the Courthouse, please complete the Request for Accommodation form. You can find the link for this form under Accommodation Service Request section.
Service Request and Suggestion Form
The judicial officers and administrative staff want to make court services and facilities accessible to all. Your requests and recommendations are welcome. Please complete a service request and suggestion form available at the Security Desk on the first floor and give it to Court Staff on duty. They are also available to assist you in completing the form. The form can be mailed to:

Accommodation Services Request
One of the Court's goals is to contribute to the quality of life in the community by fairly and impartially administering justice in the most effective, efficient, and professional manner possible.
The California Judicial Council has established a Rule of Court directing the method for requesting specific accommodation services to assist those participating in court proceedings. Forms to request accommodation are available in the Courthouse Lobby and at all public counters throughout the Courthouse.
