This program allows for parties to pay Unlimited Civil jury fees conveniently through the Courts’ public website.

  • Case Index Search

    For case information by case type and case number including search options and any required payment information.

  • Case Name Search

    For access to party names after account set up, sign in, and any required payment. An OC Pay number can be found here using a case or citation number. If the Case Number is unknown, the OC Pay Number can be accessed through this link.

  • Civil eFiling

    For access to eFiling information and eFiling Service Providers. Effective January 1, 2013, all documents filed in limited, unlimited, and complex civil actions must be filed electronically unless the Court rules otherwise. Commencing January 14, 2013, electronically filed documents subject to the mandatory electronic filing requirements in civil limited, unlimited, and complex actions can be filed until midnight on the day that the filing is due, and will be considered timely. Any electronically filed document received by the Court on or after midnight will be file stamped on the next court day.

    The Portal is designed to allow news media to access certain civil data and documents, including civil complaints of unlimited jurisdiction that have been received from a litigant for electronic filling by the Orange County Superior Court.

  • Criminal Defense Attorney Portal

    To register the Criminal Defense Attorney Portal (CDAP), you must provide a valid State Bar Number, Name and Case Number that you are associated to as a retained attorney.

  • eJuror

    For access to Trial Juror Information and a link to eJuror. eJuror is an online tool for jury registration, attendance status, postponement, excuse or disqualification requests.

  • Electronic Evidence Portal

    To submit electronic evidence if the department where the proceeding is scheduled accepts electronic evidence.

  • Family Law eFiling

    Effective January 1, 2018, all documents in Family Law must be filed electronically by represented parties, unless the Court rules otherwise. Filings can be submitted at any time from anywhere. Any document received by the Court on or after midnight will be deemed filed the next court business day.

  • My Court Portal

    To create an account or access as a guest user to conduct court business via online services, which includes requesting an extension, establishing a payment plan or making a payment, submitting electronic correspondence, submitting proof of correction electronically, reserving a court date, setting up automatic reminders for your case(s), determining eligibility for an ability to pay request, and more.

  • Probate Conservatorship Accounting Portal

    Access to the conservatorship accounting application 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Conservators will be able to input monthly accounting data through a step-by-step process which will allow for simplified tracking, preparing and electronic filing of annual accountings.

    This section provides information and links to view probate notes pertaining to matters on the court's calendar. It also provides information as to how to communicate directly with the court regarding those notes and offers a means of requesting to continue a hearing to a later court date.
