Court Expands Family Law eFiling to Include Ex-Parte Filings

Santa Ana, CA – Effective January 2, 2024, the Orange County Superior Court will expand mandatory eFiling for attorneys in Family Law cases to include all ex-parte filings. In addition, form L-1124 Declaration Re Notice of Ex-Parte Application has been updated for use.
