Facility Guide

General Parking: Santa Ana has metered parking in the Civic Center Area. Paid parking lots are conveniently located.

Public Restrooms: Public restrooms are located adjacent to the Clerk's Office entrance and between CX101 and CX102.

Facilities for Persons with Disabilities

Parking: ADA accessible parking is available in paid lots adjacent to the building.

Juror Parking for Persons with Disabilities: Please telephone the Office of the Jury Commissioner at (714) 834-7000 for information.

Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are located adjacent to the Clerk's Office entrance, between CX101 and CX102, and in the back of the Assembly room.

Service Guide

A Public Telephone is located in the vending machine room.

Services for Persons with Disabilities

Information regarding ADA accommodations is available at the Clerk's Office, Room 213. Please contact one of the Court Processing Clerks for personal assistance.

Personal guides may be assigned to assist on request.

Service animals are welcome.

Language and American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters will be ordered upon request (see request form link below).

Assistive listening devices or computer-aided transcription systems for people with loss of hearing are available. If you know in advance that you will be requiring a device, computer-aided transcription, or an ASL Interpreter when you visit the Courthouse, please call (657) 622-6878 and/ or fill out the Request for Accommodation form, available at the Clerks's office, or in the courtrooms. The form is also on our Website.

Mobility: Sheriffs will assist in directing and instructing witnesses, litigants and others to accessible court areas and in finding service alternatives. If you are participating in a trial or are a witness, please telephone our accommodation office at (657) 622-6878. Court staff will arrange for any special requirements you may request.

The judicial officers and administrative staff want to make court services and facilities accessible to all. Your requests
and recommendations are welcome. Please complete a service request and suggestion form available at the Security
Desk on the first floor and give it to Court Staff on duty. They are also available to assist you in completing the form.

Accommodation Services Request

One of the Court's goals is to contribute to the quality of life in the community by fairly and impartially administering
justice in the most effective, efficient, and professional manner possible.

The California Judicial Council has established a Rule of Court directing the method for requesting specific
accommodation services to assist those participating in court proceedings. Forms to request accommodation are
available in the Courthouse Lobby and at all public counters throughout the Courthouse. Additionally, the form can be
