DISABLED VETERANS BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (DVBE)
The State of California acknowledges the service and sacrifice of its disabled veterans, in part, through the DVBE Participation Program. As such, and as required by law, the Court has implemented a DVBE Program of its own. Prospective bidders or proposers are responsible for understanding the DVBE requirements included in any Court solicitation and are advised to thoroughly review individual RFQs, RFPs, and IFBs to determine if an incentive is being offered for each individual solicitation.
If you wish to receive a DVBE incentive for your solicitation, please download the Bidder Declaration and DVBE Declaration with all materials specified and attach to your Bid. Click here to download the DVBE Instructions and Declarations.
Questions and requests for assistance related to DVBE issues should be directed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
DVBE Certification Process
The California Office of Small Business and DVBE Services (OSDS) is responsible for the DVBE certification process and will assist you with any questions or concerns about the process.
The DVBE certification and eligibility requirements are available on the OSDS website http://www.dgs.ca.gov/pd/Programs/OSDS/GetCertified.aspx.
DVBE Certification Benefits
The Court may provide an incentive to bidders and proposers that are certified DVBEs, or who commit to subcontract with certified DVBEs. By becoming a certified DVBE, you will become eligible to receive this incentive if offered, and to partner with prime contractors who wish to receive this incentive.
