Use this page to submit appeal transcript claims for Unlimited Civil, Probate, and Mental Health cases once the transcript has been either submitted to the primary reporter or uploaded by the primary reporter.

- Missing and/or incorrect information on your claim may cause it to be returned for correction.
To check on the status of your claim, enter the confirmation number received upon submission of your claim in the "Request Status" section. If you do not have your confirmation number, please contact CRS at 657-622-7306 for status. Additionally, periodic status of your claim will be sent to the e-mail address provided below.
