Automated Information and Payment Center
Please Note
The Automated Information and Payment Center provides automated general court information and accepts payments and process extensions for criminal and traffic cases that are filed with the Superior Court of California, County of Orange. A convenience fee will be added to the fine if a payment is processed through the automated phone system. Extensions are granted free of charge.
You must have your OC Pay # available to utilize this service. Click here for more information on your OC Pay #. To take advantage of this service, select ONLINE SERVICES.
Customer Service Representatives are available from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday to answer general information questions. The operational hours for the automated system are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When making a call to the Automated Information and Payment Center, the caller will be greeted by an automated service. Select the preferred language; English, Spanish or Vietnamese. The caller will then be provided a selection of services.
