The centralized call center will answer questions and accept payments for all criminal and traffic cases that are filed with the Superior Court of California, County of Orange.

The centralized call center will answer telephone calls from 8:00am to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

  • General Information
  • Criminal and Traffic payments
  • Schedule Traffic Court Trials
  • Extensions on Traffic infraction violations
  • Automated Record check (limited databases)
  • Traffic School processing
  • DMV updates, such as releasing registration holds, failure to appears or pay updates on driver’s licenses
  • Photo Enforcement citations

Services are provided for all Justice Centers, with the exception of the Lamoreaux Justice Center in the City of Orange which handles Juvenile, Family and Probate matters.

When making a call to the Information and Payment Center, the caller will be greeted by an automated service. Select the preferred language; English, Spanish or Vietnamese. The caller will then be provided a selection of services.
