Automated Information and Payment Center

Please Note
The Automated Information and Payment Center will provide automated general court information and accept payments for criminal and traffic cases that are filed with the Superior Court of California, County of Orange. There is a convenience fee that will be added to the fine if a payment is processed through the automated phone system.

Customer Service Representatives are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday to answer general information questions. The operational hours for the automated system are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The court will be closed the third Wednesday of every month through June 2010.

When making a call to the Automated Information and Payment Center, the caller will be greeted by an automated service. Select the preferred language; English, Spanish or Vietnamese. The caller will then be provided a selection of services.
