Failure to Appear or Pay

Failure to resolve your traffic ticket by the due date may result in a $300.00 civil assessment fee being imposed Penal Code §1214.1, in addition to the original bail. The court may take steps to suspend your driver’s license and submit your case to an outside collection vendor or issuance of a warrant for your arrest.
